They have an infectious passion, they’ve made the world of spirits their core business, and they can talk about whisky for hours! Our four ambassadors support us in our beautiful adventure, working alongside us to help you get to know (and appreciate!!) whisky made in Southwestern France.

bartender in Nancy (and a cocktail genius)

His motto is “making life tasty”. Sounds exciting! As someone who adores balancing flavors, Ben has transformed his Instagram account (@benfbv) into a vibrant, colorful world in which he celebrates our whiskies in delicious, original, artistic cocktails.

Julia Nourney

international consultant specializing in spirits (the “nose” of whisky)

Based in Germany, Julia works in distilleries around the world to support them in their quality initiatives and in the development of new products. She is exacting and pushes us to continually go further in refining the recipes of our creations.

Stéphan Mao

head of Mao Spirits (and a talented master blender)

Thanks to his expertise and know-how, Stéphan helps us continually improve our blending and ageing. We owe the secret of our famous “Sud-Ouest touch” in part to him, because it is in his Gers distillery that we age our blends in old Armagnac casks.

Cédric Leprette

President of the Black Mountain Company (a real jack-of-all-trades in the original sense…and an incorrigible optimist!)

Cédric has been committed body and soul to the Black Mountain enterprise from the outset. He even goes so far as to personally load the barrels of Spirit of the Sea on Friday evenings to transport them to Brittany, where they travel and age on old sailboats. Each beverage tells a story that he helped write, so who better than him to talk about it with passion?
